Guest Lounge & Morning Room

With its period armchairs and rustic leather settee, this is a perfect place to relax, often in front of a log fire with a cup of tea and a cake. If you fancy something stronger, Mount Barker is not licenced to sell alcohol but all the accoutrements necessary to enjoy your own previously, purchased, tipple will be readily available.

We do not allow the consumption of food in the guest rooms, therefore we would encourage you to use the facilities provided in the guest lounge should you wish to enjoy one of the many takeaways on offer from the nearby high street.

Adjoining the lounge is the Boot Room which has been specially designed to store all your outdoor clothing and equipment.
