We use local produce whenever possible, Balliefurth Farm Cumberland sausages, Stornoway black pudding, haggis, free range eggs, fried, scrambled or poached, bacon, mushrooms, fresh uncooked or grilled tomatoes, baked beans and toast. Please feel free to choose all eight items, or as many, or few, as your appetite dictates.

Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled eggs with either bacon or Scottish smoked salmon on a toasted muffin

Succulent brioche bread soaked overnight in free range eggs served with fresh berries and crème fraîche or Greek yoghurt drizzled with local Scottish heather honey
